Before I had fully answered the door, a bear in man’s clothing pushed into the sitting room. He took one look at the wooden crate situated there.

‘You found my apatosaurus femur!’ he exclaimed, with his native Ayrshire accent. ‘Holmes, you are a genius!’

At this point, he sprang across the room and shook Holmes by the hand, and I do mean that literally. Holmes masked his grimace with a forced smile. ‘My pleasure, Professor Challenger. It was a tricky…’

‘Oh, I care not for the details! Results are all that matter!’ With that, he shouldered the crate and departed.

LOL! Challenger seems quite in character here, and because of that I'm glad Holmes was able to solve his mystery satisfactorily. No telling what Challenger might have done if he was displeased.
