‘That’s not very enticing.’

‘But you do appreciate my straight-forward approach. Don’t fret; I shall not stick you with all the donkey work.’

‘Surely the hospital has actual laboratory assistants upon whom you could call.’

‘They have no use for what does not further their own research. Besides, I could use the assistance and you could use a change of pace.’

‘When do we leave?’
