‘I can see that. But really, what's he doing here? They were both lucky to have survived the blast. John is finally out of danger and that mad bomber is still at large. Why isn’t Sherlock tearing the city apart?

‘I believe, if we are lucky, he may have just taken his first step in becoming a good man.’

I'm glad that, for a story on character development, you were able to show how Sherlock has changed since John entered his life but also how far he still has to go. It is nice that this piece shows that his development is still in progress. :)

I cannot think that Sherlock's transition to becoming a "good man" would be a simple flicking of a switch. It is going to have to be a step-by-step process and I hope that Series 2 bears this out.
