All now just empty vessels, their spirits having flown.
Never had Bilbo imagined such wanton, indiscriminate destruction.
Not in his lifetime.
Not in his lands.
Not in his home.
How could thirteen dwarves, even with the help of a wizard, drink so many bottles of wine?
